I wish more books like this were out there. It really cuts out the crap and tells you what depression is about. You learn how to identify it, help friends and loved ones, and help yourself if you think you have it. There are a lot of signs listed in the book, and it list the type of treatments you can receive. I am going to try to get off my medication and go on an alternative therapy with the help of my doctor.
